Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Ambit. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Community Guidelines.
Who can use Ambit
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You confirm your age when you create your account. One person, one account.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Ambit a license to store it, show it to the people who can see the group it was posted in, and process it to run and protect the service, including automated safety checks. You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to post it.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
Content that breaks the Community Guidelines is not allowed. We may remove any content and suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or the guidelines, with or without notice. We report content that sexualizes minors to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.
Meeting people in person
Ambit connects people who are physically near each other. We do not check anyone’s identity or background. Use judgment, meet in public, and call 911 in an emergency — Ambit is not an emergency service.
Copyright
If you believe something on Ambit infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to the contact address below, identifying the work, the content, and how to reach you. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
The service
Ambit is provided “as is.” Features may change or stop. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ambit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for what other users say or do.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. We may suspend or close accounts as described above.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to agree again before you post.
